About us

We exist to restore dignity, clarity, and lasting relief for women living with UTIs.

Co-founded by physician Dr. Leah Posthuma and physician associate Aubree Ng, The UTI Clinic was built to rethink urinary health from the inside out.

Aubree Ng, PA

Clinical Director & Co-Founder

Aubree Ng, PA is the co-founder and clinical director of The UTI Clinic, a women’s health clinic dedicated to transforming the care of urinary tract infections. With a background in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UC Santa Cruz and over a decade of experience as a physician associate, she brings a deep respect for human physiology and the body’s inherent capacity to heal when properly supported. She is passionate about approaches to care that are grounded in nature, joyful movement, creativity, and whole-person health. After years of caring for women with pelvic floor disorders in urogynecology, Aubree co-founded The UTI Clinic in response to seeing how frequently UTIs are misunderstood, minimized, and inadequately treated. Her clinical philosophy centers embodiment and is informed by an understanding of how culture and lived experience shape the way people connect with their bodies.

Leah Posthuma, MD

Medical Director & Co-Founder

Leah Posthuma, MD is the co-founder and medical director of The UTI Clinic, bringing over a decade of experience as a Harvard-trained urogynecologist caring for women with complex pelvic, bladder, and urinary conditions. Throughout her career, Leah has been deeply attuned to the limitations of conventional, fragmented approaches to recurrent urinary and pelvic health issues. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based medicine with a whole-person lens that considers metabolism, inflammation, the microbiome, and nervous system health. A lifelong yogi and advocate for mind–body medicine, she emphasizes food, movement, and restorative practices as foundational to healing. Leah is currently completing a master’s degree in herbal medicine, further expanding her training in evidence-informed botanical therapies. At The UTI Clinic, she is helping build an integrative, patient-centered model of care rooted in the belief that the body is inherently resilient—and that when given the right conditions, it has a remarkable capacity to heal.

With years of clinical experience treating UTIs, we’ve dedicated ourselves to finding a better, more lasting way forward for the women who need it most.

We’re honored you’re here, and we look forward to meeting you, listening closely, and helping you move toward real, lasting relief.
